Project Rhinebrook was another full scope project. From the kitchen remodel, to selecting the spoons in the drawers, South Trace Interiors touched every inch of this Colonial estate. As this was an investment property for short term rentals, we needed to make sure the design was high-end, while also meeting a tight budget. We designed eight-bedrooms, giving each room it's own special touch. By removing a few walls, we opened up the traffic flow from the newly designed game room and bar area, as well as doubled the size of the dining room. New marble countertops, fresh coat of paint, and top of the line appliances turned a once dated kitchen into a stunning space fit to host many dinners to come. This home sleeps 20-guests, so creative seating arrangements, both indoor and outdoor, were a requirement. We rounded out this design with a new yoga studio, bathroom and sauna treatment room that make this property stand out from the rest!
