This was a new construction project where we partnered with RSJ Builders. This young, fun couple wanted a home that represented both their personalities - she wanted modern, he wanted traditional. She won. We started with the finish that grabs your attention as soon as you walk in; the floors. Extra wide-plank white oak floors throughout, stained trim work and oak floating stairs add warmth to this modern home. We took extra care and detail in the tile selections, making them timeless in material but unique pattern lay. An oversize quartzite, waterfall edge island and designer light fixtures at
every turn make this home magazine worthy!
