For the boat house project, the client wanted a cozy space that brought the outdoors, in! This was to function as a guest house and a "hangout" for their boat days. We kept it super comfortable with over-sized furniture, large pocket doors for views of the lake and warm tones to coordinate with the main house on property. The main house was a bit dated with wall-to-wall French country florals and tones, so we modernized the patterns and used the colors of the outdoors.
